A Brief History

I’m a doctor who has dedicated my career to establishing and managing dental clinics, as well as providing international training for specialists. In 2020, together with my partners, we combined our clinical and technical expertise to create “Archicam,” a service and technical laboratory.

We specialize in total dental rehabilitations, offering technical support to clinics and dental technicians. Our personal experience in the field has allowed us to deeply understand the nuances of dental practice, which sets us apart from other laboratories.

We speak the same language as doctors and technicians, offering solutions that make collaboration predictable, professional, and successful.

Full-Arch Prosthetics

Virtually all aspects of our work are focused on solving challenges in full-arch prosthetics. We have a deep understanding of occlusal concepts, joint function, and digital data processing, and we know precisely when and where to best apply analog methods.

By working alongside highly skilled teams of dentists, testing numerous ideas, materials and technologies, and manufacturing thousands of bars for dental technicians and our own laboratory, we have built up a wealth of experience. We carefully integrate this experience into every carefully planned stage of our work, which enables us to avoid unnecessary problems and achieve our clients’ goals efficiently and to a high standard.

Surgical Guides for Implant Placement with Immediate Prosthetics

We focus on the most demanding and complex aspect of surgical guides – the immediate loading protocol. We help both experienced and new doctors execute clinical tasks using the best possible scenario.

All components of the design are modeled individually, taking into account the goals of both the surgical intervention and the prosthetics. The development of the surgical plan occurs in close communication with the doctor, building upon our extensive experience in implementing such treatment plans.

Titanium and CoCr Milling

This area isn't just limited to machines for milling metal blanks. Aspects such as scanning, milling strategies, libraries, proficient software operation, cutter inspection, calibration, and checking every link in the production chain—all together, they provide a result you can rely on when sending work to a milling center.

The process of finalizing the work and installing it on the patient is often delayed. You can use this option if necessary.

Scanning with our markers

The fit of beam structures depends on the accuracy of the scan. Send us a model with analogs by mail, and we will scan it for free with custom markers, ensuring a high-quality fit.

24-hour milling by file

When sending the STL. We provide international shipping through the DHL service.

Extensive library of implants

It includes more than 60 implant systems and is constantly updated. If our database does not include the system you require, we will make it within 3 days.

Lifetime warranty for titanium products

We guarantee that our beam structures are free from corrosion and deformation. If the product has changed its physical characteristics after the quality check, we will replace it free of charge.

Over 15 years of medical and dental technical experience

We ensure quality control at every stage of production — from computer modeling to mechanical processing. Thanks to advanced technologies and our expertise, we bring even the boldest ideas of doctors and engineers to life, guaranteeing precision, functionality, and speed of execution.

From implantation to final restoration

We collaborate with doctors to develop realistic surgical plans, taking into account biological factors, the specifics of particular implant systems, as well as possible inaccuracies or tolerances during manual procedures. This approach enables us to achieve the best possible outcome in prosthetic rehabilitation.

Extensive implant library and customization capabilities

Our catalog includes over 60 implant systems, which are continuously updated. If the required system is not in our database, we will produce it within 3 days. Thanks to industrial milling equipment and professional software, we go beyond the standard limitations of the industry.

Warranty on dental prosthetic products

If doctors follow our prosthetic protocol, we provide a 5-year warranty on the prostheses. This warranty is limited only by the zirconia manufacturers’ warranty.
