Services
Model Scanning and Client Project Adaptation
This service is essential to completely eliminate inaccuracies related to:
- Scanner error
- Scanning technology
- Imperfection of scan markers from various implant systems
- Error in aligning the library with markers
Clients send us a physical model, and we scan it with our scan markers using our specific scanning protocol. This allows us to eliminate most factors affecting the fit quality of bar-supported structures.
Possibility of Creating Individual Libraries
If you have a case involving a non-standard system for our market, or if you need a different cone on the implant connection, we can help.
Provided we have the necessary components, we will create the geometry for that system, manufacture a scan marker, scan the model, and mill the bar.
Angulated Screw Channels
This is a very relevant question from our clients. Planning implant placement correctly is excellent, but what if you receive a case where the implant or multi-unit screw channels emerge on the buccal surface of the prosthetic restoration?
Replacing multi-units with angulated ones is not always the best solution due to a lack of gingival volume.
If you encounter such a problem, we can easily help you solve it and change the screw channel angle up to 17 degrees.
Free Anodization
Free Anodization
Our free titanium anodization service allows for the creation of a durable titanium dioxide (TiO2) layer. This layer provides protection against corrosion, enhances wear resistance, and results in stable color marking without the use of dyes.

Technologies and Equipment
Industrial Machines
This class of equipment helps us effectively solve a variety of technical challenges from our clients. Milling hard materials requires significant technical resources, especially under heavy loads and large order volumes. Whether it’s extreme milling angles, increased framework heights, or standard work with multi-units, we focus on stable operation and minimal turnaround times.
Engineering Software
Each product is customly manufactured. Standard milling algorithms aren’t always capable of solving every task. Very often, there’s a need to create new milling strategies to overcome clinical complexities and work with new implant systems. For this, we require a deeper level of access to machine programming.
Proprietary Scanning Protocol
50% of the success in ensuring the precise fit of bar-supported structures is established during the scanning phase.
There are numerous details that need attention — starting with the fact that original scan markers often lack sufficiently reliable planes for accurate alignment.
We adapt our clients’ projects based on correct implant scanning, eliminate potential inaccuracies, and guarantee results in such cases.
Quality Control
If we have physical models of our clients’ work at our production office, we can thoroughly inspect every component of the restoration and manufacture it with 100% accuracy, eliminating the need for additional balancing.
The quality of the fit directly impacts critically important aspects such as:
- Protecting implants from overload;
- Preventing spontaneous screw loosening during prosthetic use;
- Avoiding fractures in zirconia restorations, etc.
Advantages of Our Milling Center
Free CAD-Stage Support
Deferred Payment for up to 30 Days
Ability to Customize Implant Geometries
Extensive Implant Library
24-hour milling by file
Lifetime Warranty on Titanium and CoCr Products
Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process is far more involved than just milling. It all begins with file and project control, re-scanning the working model (if necessary), selecting the correct libraries, and choosing the appropriate milling strategies. And, of course, there’s mandatory quality control of the finished products.
